Welcome to Style Brow Bar. By booking an appointment, receiving a service, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Consultation & Health Disclosure

For your safety, you are responsible for informing Style Brow Bar of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, eye conditions, skin conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, pregnancy, or any other relevant information that may affect your service.

Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of irritation, allergic reaction, or other adverse outcomes. Style Brow Bar is not responsible for any reaction resulting from information that was not disclosed before the service.

2. Informed Consent

Our brow, lash, waxing, facial, and other beauty services involve the use of professional cosmetic products and techniques.

While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure your safety and comfort, you understand and accept that individual reactions may occur, including but not limited to:

  • Temporary redness

  • Mild swelling

  • Skin or eye irritation

  • Dryness

  • Itching

  • Sensitivity

  • Allergic reactions

  • Discomfort

You agree to immediately notify your technician if you experience excessive discomfort during your service.

3. Individual Results

Every client is unique.

Service results vary depending on factors including:

  • Natural brow or lash characteristics

  • Skin type and sensitivity

  • Previous chemical treatments

  • Lifestyle

  • Skincare products

  • Home care and aftercare compliance

Style Brow Bar cannot guarantee identical results for every client or guarantee the duration of results.

4. Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential to achieving the best possible results.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the appearance and longevity of your service.

Style Brow Bar is not responsible for reduced results caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions or by circumstances outside the salon's reasonable control.

5. Refund Policy

All completed services are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective expectations

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

  • Changes caused by factors outside Style Brow Bar's control

If you believe there is a genuine concern regarding the performance of your service, you must contact Style Brow Bar within 24 hours of your appointment.

Management will review your concern and, if appropriate, may offer a complimentary correction or adjustment at its sole discretion. Any correction must be approved by management and performed by Style Brow Bar. A correction does not constitute an admission of fault and does not guarantee a refund, credit, or monetary compensation.

6. Allergic or Adverse Reactions

Although uncommon, allergic or adverse reactions may occur during or after cosmetic treatments.

If you experience severe swelling, pain, irritation, or any unusual reaction following your appointment, discontinue use of any products applied during your service, seek appropriate medical attention if necessary, and notify Style Brow Bar as soon as possible.

7. Client Responsibility

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You understand the nature of the services being performed.

  • You understand that individual results vary.

  • You have had the opportunity to ask questions before receiving your service.

  • You voluntarily consent to receive the selected services.

8. Appointment Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled in accordance with Style Brow Bar's booking policies.

Late arrivals may require a shortened service or rescheduling to avoid delaying other clients.

No-show and late cancellation fees may apply where permitted by your booking agreement.
